We are looking for an adaptable and dependable person to join our casual Food & Beverage team as Cellar Supervisor from March – August 2017 working 5 days out of 7 (some weekends will be required)
The candidate must be able to lead a team, have a background in the retail industry and have a basic knowledge of beverages.
Working across all areas of the Royal Windsor Racecourse and reporting to the Conference & Banqueting and Retail & Cellar Manager, on a day to day basis following the instructions of Windsor Management, the F&B Assistant is responsible for the efficient and timely set up, break down and service of retail and hospitality areas as required meeting business needs and fulfilling customer requirements.
Starting March – August 2017 working 5 days out of 7 (some weekends will be required).
