Royal Windsor Racecourse recruit throughout the year for the following casual staff to join our busy Catering Team. Various positions are available to cover Racing and Non-Racing Events:

Previous experience is desirable but not essential.

Casual Cellar Supervisor

We are looking for an adaptable and dependable person to join our casual Food & Beverage team as Cellar Supervisor from March – August 2017 working 5 days out of 7 (some weekends will be required)

The candidate must be able to lead a team, have a background in the retail industry and have a basic knowledge of beverages.


  1. Day to day running of the cellar and managing a team
  2. Stock taking and controlling incoming and outgoing products this includes date checking and product placements
  3. Stock movements and setting up of bar facilities.
  4. To ensure all health and safety measures are being adhered to in regards to manual handling
  5. Have a basic computer literacy knowledge
  6. To be punctual at all times
  7. To motivate, support and project a positive attitude at all times as a member of the Racing team.

Casual Hospitality & Banqueting Assistant

Working across all areas of the Royal Windsor Racecourse and reporting to the Conference & Banqueting and Retail & Cellar Manager, on a day to day basis following the instructions of Windsor Management, the F&B Assistant is responsible for the efficient and timely set up, break down and service of retail and hospitality areas as required meeting business needs and fulfilling customer requirements.

Starting March – August 2017 working 5 days out of 7 (some weekends will be required).
