Whether it's your first visit or you are a regular racegoer, the team of staff at Royal Windsor Racecourse hope that you have an enjoyable experience and we would love to hear from you!

We also understand that sometimes things go wrong and we may not reach the level of service you expect. Should this happen we ask that you inform a member of our staff as soon as possible as this will enable us to try and resolve your concern immediately. If this is not possible please feel free to contact us via the following methods:

Our customer comments/complaints commitment:

  • We will acknowledge your comment/complaint within 24 hours.
  • We will answer/resolve your comment/complaint within 48 hours.
  • If we are unable to resolve your comment/complaint our Managing Director will contact you within 5 working days - you will be notified if your comment/complaint has been passed to the Managing Director.
