Racing hospitality at Royal Windsor Racecourse is second to none so whether you are planning a corporate event or a day out with friends we would definitely recommend you treat yourselves to one of our racing hospitality packages.

The current racing hospitality packages available at Royal Windsor Racecourse are as follows: -

The first racing hospitality package you can choose from is the Dorney package which includes a 3 course buffet menu and a half bottle of wine per person.

If you are planning something for when the weather is warm then the Summer BBQ racing hospitality package is ideal as it includes a 2 course BBQ menu followed by coffee and mints.

The next level racing hospitality package you can choose is the Bray package which entitles you and your guests to a 3 course buffet menu, coffee and mints and a floral arrangement.

Following on from the Bray package is the Eaton racing hospitality package which includes hors d' oeuvres, a 3 course buffet menu, a half a bottle of wine per person, a cheese board, coffee and mints and a floral arrangement.

The final racing hospitality package we offer here at Windsor Racecourse is the Windsor package. If you choose this racing hospitality package you and your guests will be treated to a canapé and champagne reception, this is then followed by an indulgent 3 course buffet menu, a cheese board, coffee and petit fours. In addition to this as part of this racing hospitality package you will be treated to a selection of red and white wine to complement the menu, dessert wine, half a bottle of pure water per person and a deluxe table setting including flowers and chair covers.

If none of the above racing hospitality packages appeal to you there is a drinks package which we are sure will appeal to everyone. If you opt for the racing hospitality drinks package you will be able to enjoy a bar fully stocked with all your favourite drinks.
