Terms & Conditions - General Admission

• All tickets and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• All tickets and car parking passes are numbered and recorded on issue. Lost or forgotten tickets or car parking passes cannot be replaced free of charge by The Racecourse.
• Please record the serial number on the ticket for your reference. This can be found above the barcode.
• Please ensure Club tickets are worn during the racemeeting and are clearly displayed at all times to assist entry into the enclosure.
• There is a smart dress code in the Club Enclosure, Castle, Club and Blues & Royals Restaurants. Smart jeans (no rips, tears or fraying) are acceptable but please note, shorts, t-shirts, sports attire and trainers are not permitted and we do ask that men wear a collared shirt. There is no dress code in the Grandstand or Silver Ring Enclosures.
• Laptop Computers - with the exception of authorized persons and in the interests of customer service, the use of laptop computers on the course is forbidden.
• Car parking passes must be displayed in vehicles throughout the race meeting; failure to do so will result in a charge being made.
• The Silver Ring Picnic Area is the only area on the course where you may bring your own picnic. Customers entering the picnic area are permitted to bring soft drinks and alcohol as part of their picnic but please note that alcohol is limited to 1 bottle of wine or 4 cans / bottles of beer per person. Royal Windsor Racecourse reserves the right to limit the amount of alcohol brought into this area. Barbeques are not allowed due to safety regulations. Picnics may not be consumed in the Silver Ring Food Court or on the patio outside.
• Admission for dogs - no dogs are allowed on the racecourse with the exception of trained "assistance" dogs.
• The Racecourse reserves the right to refuse admission and to remove from the racecourse anyone who is, or appears to be, acting in an intoxicated, dangerous or threatening manner.

Abandonment Policy

• If a race meeting is abandoned prior to the first race, a FULL refund on admission will be given.
• If a race meeting is abandoned prior to the third race, a 50% refund on admission will be given.
• If a race meeting is abandoned after the third race has been run, NO refund will be given.

Please note, no refunds are issued on the raceday. To obtain a refund please send in your ticket (with full contact details) within 28 days of the race meeting to: Royal Windsor Racecourse, Maidenhead Road, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 5JJ.

Customers are asked to ensure that all their guests are made aware of these Terms and Conditions to avoid disappointment on the day.
