Our Trainer: Alastair Lidderdale

Alastair is a man with passion and commitment, dedicated to training racehorses. He spent nine seasons with Martin Pipe before moving to Paul Cole and Hughie Morrison finally joining the training ranks. Lidderdale Racing operates under both codes of racing from its picturesque Lambourn base.

Kilburn - 8yo Gelding by Grand Lodge o/o Lady Lahar

Kilburn This strong looking individual, who is a multiple winner, has unlimited potential and a touch of class which was shown at Goodwood on 31st May 2010 when he won at 16-1 by 1 3/4 lengths and then again at Royal Windsor Racecourse on 19th July giving The Royal Windsor Racing Club its second visit to the winners enclosure - and on home turf as well!

And it did not stop there as Kilburn then went on to win at Lingfield Park on 7th January 2011 his and the racing club\'s fourth win of the year: a truly remarkable feat for any racing club!

This was topped by his debut over hurdles at Plumpton in May, winning by an impressive 23 lengths and opening up a completely new avenue for Kilburn and our club members.

Royal Alcor - 5yo Gelding by Chevalier o/o Arundahti

Royal Alcor winning at Wolves Our new recruit from 2011 is a workmanlike gelding, his full sister won her 3 races in Spain upto 1 mile 4f. Royal Alcor is a named after a star in the solar system linked to Arundhati and the Royal part goes through the blood line to "Royal Academy" and Royal Windsor Racecourse! Royal Alcor had his first run in late May / early June and has brought added excitment to the Royal Windsor Racing Club with his two recent wins at Wolverhampton.

Royal Mizar - 2yo Gelding by What a Caper o/o Zahaadid

Our new recruit for 2012 Our new recruit for 2012, Royal Mizar brings a lot of excitment to the club with his sire winning over 6f and 1m in Spain, and his grandfather siring Sea the Stars.In full training he is showing great promise on the gallops and our members are looking forward to his first run - hopefully The Brocklesby at Doncaster in late March.
