Owners & Trainers Facility
We have a fantastic Owners and Trainers Bar located on the Club
Lawn. This fantastic glass fronted marquee facility provides
complimentary tea and coffee throughout the meetings and is in a
great position to soak up the atmosphere of the races.
For those wishing to eat at the Racecourse bookings may be made for
the Castle Restaurant, in the Royal Windsor Grandstand, which
overlooks the racecourse. A number of tables are reserved for
Owners and Trainers each race meeting and should be booked in
advance as soon as possible through Tim Hickman on 01753 271391.
The Club Restaurant, which is located in the original Victorian
Grandstand, does offer a pleasant alternative and frequently has
walk in availability.
Owners and Trainers Badge Entitlement
- Sole owners - 4 free badges per horse
- Syndicates and partnerships - 6 free badges per horse
- Trainers - 1 badge per horse
Should additional badges be required they can be purchased at
half price (£11).

Dress Code - Please note that there is a dress code in the Owners and Trainers marquee. Smart jeans (no rips, tears or fraying) are acceptable but shorts, t-shirts, sports attire and trainers are not permitted and we do ask that men wear a collared shirt. This dress code will be enforced by the Racecourse and access denied to those who do not meet the required standard.
