**Racegoers under 18 - FREE to all meetings when accompanied by an adult, proof of age may be required. There is no limit to number of racegoers under 18 that can attend with 1 adult. Although admission is free, tickets will be given out to racegoers under the age of 18 outside the enclosure entrances so they can go through the turnstiles.
*Dress code - please note that there is a dress code in the Club Enclosure and restaurants. Smart jeans (no rips, tears or fraying) are acceptable but shorts, t-shirts, sports attire and trainers are not permitted and we do ask that men wear a collared shirt.

Important Information
Ticket sales cut off
Enclosure tickets - the day before racing at midnight (after this,
tickets can be only be purchased on the raceday after gates open).
Racegoers River Packages - the Thursday before racing at 2pm.
Racegoers Packages - the day before racing at midnight.
Restaurant packages - the Thursday before racing at 5pm.
Gates opening times
The gates open 2 hours before the start of the first race, except
for weekend and Bank Holiday fixtures when they open 2 ½ hours
before. For gates opening times please check the relevant fixture
page - click here for Fixture List (times are subject to change).
Post / Collection
Club, Grandstand and Silver Ring Tickets - tickets purchased before
2pm on the Thursday prior to the raceday will be sent by First
Class post. Tickets purchased after this will be for collection
only on the raceday day, after gates open. Please check our website
for opening times.
Racegoers River Packages - these packages will be sent by Recorded
Delivery and will require a signature upon receipt. If no one is
available to receive them then a Recorded Delivery 'Sorry, you
were out' card will be left by the postman with collection /
redelivery information on it.
Racegoers Packages - packages purchased before 2pm on the Thursday prior to the raceday will be sent by Recorded Delivery and will require a signature upon receipt. Collections
Club ticket collections are from the Information Kiosk at the
end of the driveway next to the Club Enclosure entrance.
Grandstand & Silver Ring ticket collections are from the
Information Kiosk next to the Grandstand Enclosure & Silver
Ring Enclosure entrance.
All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
