Ticket sales cut off - the cut off for booking tickets in advance is the day before racing at midnight. After this, tickets can be only be purchased on the raceday after gates open.
Gates open 2 hours before the start of the first race, except for weekend and Bank Holiday fixtures when they open 2 ½ hours before. For gates opening times please check the relevant fixture page - click here for Fixture List (times are subject to change).
* Dress Code - please note that there is a dress code in the Club Enclosure. Smart jeans (no rips, tears or fraying) are acceptable but shorts, t-shirts, sports attire and trainers are not permitted and we do ask that men wear a collared shirt.
** Racegoers under 18 - there is no limit to number of racegoers under 18 that can attend with 1 adult. Although admission is free, tickets will be given out to racegoers under the age of 18 outside the enclosure entrances so they can go through the turnstiles.
All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Post / Collection Information
Post:
Club, Grandstand and Silver Ring tickets purchased before
4pm on the Wednesday prior to the raceday will be sent by First
Class post. Tickets purchased after this must be collected on the
raceday.
Collections:
Club, Grandstand and Silver RIng tickets purchased
after 4pm on the Wednesday prior to the raceday will be for
collection. Tickets collections are on the raceday only
(after the gates open) from the Information Kiosk at the end of the
driveway, next to the Club Enclosure entrance. Please see the
fixtures pages for gates open times.
Please note, you will need to bring your sales confirmation email and your debit/credit card with you as proof of purchase otherwise we will not be able to issue your tickets and you will need to purchase them again.
