Win a Private Hospitality Box in 2011 - Terms & Conditions

• Prize details: the prize is a private box for 20 people in 2011 with hospitality. The package includes - Hors d'oeuvres, 3 course buffet menu, cheese board, coffee and mints, Club Enclosure tickets, private hire of the suite, hospitality host, table setting, racecards and car parking pass (1:2 guests).
• Drinks are not included.
• The competition is only open to Hospitality ticket holders aged 18 and over.
• Only entries with work contact details will be entered.
• The closing date for entries is Monday 1st November 2010 and the winner will be informed on Monday 15th November 2010.
• The winner will be selected at random from all correct entries received. Our decision is final.
• Royal Windsor Racecourse will inform the winner and organise their prize.
• The winner's name will be displayed on our website.
• There is no cash alternative.
• Royal Windsor Racecourse may wish to use the winner's name and photo for publicity so we require a photograph to be taken of you when you attend.
• The competition is not open to employees of Royal Windsor Racecourse.
