Carer tickets can be collected from the racecourse office on the fixture when proof of disability is provided (e.g. a Blue Badge (with accompanying photo ID), Disability Living Allowance, Personal Independence Payment or signed letter from GP (with accompanying photo ID).)
Please email office@windsor-racecourse.co.uk at least 24 hours in advance with your name and details of the fixture you wish to attend to arrange these tickets. Subject to availability.

Parking is available on a raceday with Free entry to our public and coach car park. Access to the Members car park is available on the day at £10 at the entrance.

In order for wheelchair users to enjoy a better view of the racing action, we will upgrade your Trackside Enclosure ticket, free of charge, to offer you access to our wheelchair viewing area, within the Jubilee Enclosure. This can be obtained from our Jubilee Enclosure entrance upon production of a valid registered disabled card or certificate and your Trackside ticket.
