Travel & Finding Your Way Around
Parking
If you are arriving by car, our parking stewards will be on hand to direct you to our free parking on the Balloon Meadow. If you are a hospitality guest, you will be directed to the M Car Park situated near the turnstiles
River Boat
If you are travelling by River Boat, as a Royal River ticketholder or directly through French Brothers riverboat service, the riverboats will depart every 10-15 minutes from Windsor Promenade at 11:25 until 14:15. The return service from Windsor Racecourse will commence at 16:30, with the last boat departing at 19:15.
Entering the Racecourse
If you are a Grandstand Admission ticket holder, you can access the Enclosure at the Grandstand turnstiles, situated to the left of Racecourse Reception
If you are a Club Enclosure ticketholder or Hospitality Guest, head straight for the Club Entrance, located at the turning circle
Should you need assistance finding the correct turnstiles, our Stewards will be on hand to direct you.
Music & Entertainment
Guests can enjoy roaming music and seven thrilling horse races, followed by a showstopping ‘80s music set after racing.
Why not show off your best Ladies Day look and enter the Style Awards at the Flower Wall located behind the Tack Room, and don’t forget to test out our brand-new 360 camera in front of the Hat Shop.
Food & Drink
We have plenty of refreshments available to purchase at Ladies Day, ranging from rum punch at the Rum Shack and bubbly from Fizz & Flutes to Burgers, Loaded Fries, Mac & Cheese...and of course Ice Cream!

Fabulous Fizz: Collection of prosecco and strawberries will be at Ronnies Cafe
Day at the Races: All items can be collected from the Sprint Bar
Nations Favourite: Your package can be redeemed at our Fish & Chip Bar, located outside Main Reception
Thirsty Day at the Races: Refreshments can be collected from either the Sprint Bar, Trackside Bar or Lawn Bar
Royal River: Drinks can be redeemed at the Fitzdares Arms or Jubilee Bar within the Club Enclosure, or the Sprint Bar, Trackside Bar or Lawn Bar within the Grandstand Enclosure

Please note that our Club Enclosure and hospitality are now sold out. Upgrades will not be available on the day.
