This August Saturday is BRAND NEW for Royal Windsor Racecourse, and to celebrate we're going BIG!
Join us for Gentlemen's Evening, combining sport, style and live entertainment, to create the perfect recipe for a social summer day out! We have an jam-packed evening ahead with plenty of action on the track, combined with exhilarating live entertainment throughout the day and into the night.
It’s the ultimate guys night out if you’re looking for ideas to celebrate a birthday, a stag do, or simply looking for a spontaneous summer outing. This race evening is for you!
Alongside all the action on track, Gents Evening offers a packed selection of delicious food and drink, along with epic live entertainment.
Soak up the British summertime with a glass of something refreshing watching the horses race by, before the night sweeps in and the stage comes alive!
The fun doesn’t stop at the finishing post! Gather your gang, head to the Lawn, grab a round and feel the beat. This year we will be joined by the one and only Chris Moyles bringing some of the freshest dance tunes to Windsor.
Gents Evening is the ideal occasion to ‘suit up’ and be part of the fashion of the day. Dressing up isn’t necessary - there is no dress code. But we find many race goers enjoy a chance to dress to impress.
It's a chance to play with more vibrant colours or garish designs. And, of course, spark up the debate of socks or no socks?

Royal Windsor is easily accessible by car, rail and by boat. Yes, you heard that right! A feature unique to Windsor Racecourse is our river boat shuttle which departs from Windsor Promenade and arrives at our private jetty. If this sounds up your street, book our Royal River package and travel in style!
Children 17 and under go free to the races when accompanied by an adult (some exclusions apply for Festival fixtures and Live After Racing events). Children do not require a ticket in advance and a free ticket will be issued on the day.
Concessions discounts are only available on the day.
Good news! All booking/fulfillment fees for general admission have been removed for racedays and events in 2024. The price you see on our website is the price you’ll pay at the checkout. Hospitality fulfillment fees apply when booking online. All bookings are made in accordance with our terms and conditions of entry.

River boats depart Windsor Promenade (opposite Brown’s restaurant) 2 hours before the first race and every 10/15 minutes up until the second race. Boats return to Windsor Promenade from the racecourse jetty from the penultimate race until 15 minutes after the music ends on music nights.

Our public car park and our close proximity blue badge accessible parking is free and there is no need to pre-book. However, we have a limited number of car parking spaces close to all entrances
